The British seem to like the sun motif, but there is a crack in the sun part. It was there when I bought it, so I assume it was original. Recommended for someone who can repair it. It's not full color, but has spot coloring, and the clear parts are made using an old glassmaking method, so you can't see through them easily. However, the scenery can be seen vaguely with the light, which is quite fantastic. It's also cute that the glass patterns are slightly different in each of the separated sections. It's not mechanical, and the randomness created by humans is a beautiful feature of this piece.
