This is a cosplay outfit of Reimu Hakurei from the Touhou Project. It seems it was only tried on once and never worn to an event. The size is M, and it fits quite snugly. The yellow tie at the chest is missing. The outfit is a one-piece dress, and the skirt seems to be designed to spread out nicely.
