This is a DVD Mate I purchased at the end of 2011. It does not have a child lock. DVD Mate Remote control (not working) AC adapter Instruction manual I have confirmed that the DVD Mate can play DVDs and that sound comes out properly from both the speakers and the earphones, along with the AC adapter. The remote control does not work, but I think the contacts are probably corroded. Basic operations can probably be performed on the main unit. Microphone not included.
