They are an easy-to-wear charcoal gray color. This color is easy to match with anything and creates a softer look than black. The ribbons are made of a velvet-like fabric. When paired with these and, for example, mouton boots, it made me happy to see them from behind when going out in the winter! (^^) I wore them a few times, especially on weekend outings during the cold season. I have tights in other colors, and I wore those more often, so I didn't wear these frequently.
