I purchased this at the store. It's a new item. I bought it as a gift for my family's dog and cut the tag off, intending to put it on right away. However, the size was clearly wrong when I tried to put it on... I am selling it unused. As you can see in the photos, the tag has been cut off. I just bought this new item, and there are shipping and handling fees, so I'm not considering lowering the price. I would appreciate it if you could purchase it at this price.
