This is a washable han-eri (half-collar) from ERI-SHO, a specialty store for Japanese accessories in Kyoto. It features a cute, understated polka dot pattern. Made of polyester crepe, the fabric has a good texture and thickness. I purchased it a year ago and tried sewing it onto a juban (undershirt), but it didn't match my kimono, so I'm selling it.
