This is an M5 system planner card/business card holder hand-stitched from genuine leather. Himeji leather in black is used for the main body, and paisley-embossed camel-colored Setouchi leather is used for the pockets. The edges have been polished and finished with Tokonole. The width has been extended by about 8mm compared to M5 refills so that the binding holes are not covered when cards or business cards are inserted.
