I bought a Seiko Matsuda 45th anniversary badge from a gachapon machine at Osaka-jo Hall. I'm selling one because I got a duplicate. It has the 45 logo on it. I took it out of the bag, but it's new and unused. The bag is wrinkled. Please understand that this is a recycled item.
