This item is a junk item. The specific issue is that the fan repeatedly starts and stops, and does not run continuously. There are no problems with BIOS startup or OS startup, but the operation is very slow. I suspect that the fan malfunction → CPU cooling failure → the above behavior is occurring. There is a white spot on the display (see image 4). There are minor scratches, sticker residue, and signs of use on the top cover, sides, display, keyboard, etc. An AC adapter is not included.
