I loved this item when I ordered it, but I'm selling it because I've outgrown it. There is a slight pull in the lining seam, but there's no problem (see photo 6). I'm not sure of the material, but it feels like a very sturdy, medium-weight fabric. Fully lined, with darts in the front and back.
