This is a docomo arrows Be4 Plus F-41B in white. Two cases that I used are also included as a bonus. The black case is in good condition, having been used for about a week. The phone was used with a case and a glass film, so there are no major scratches, but there are some minor scratches from normal use. The film was removed for the last week of use, so there is a faint scratch on the top of the screen. It's visible on a black screen, but it's not very noticeable during normal use. There are also scratches on the four corners of the body. The battery is not significantly degraded.
