This item lights up and changes the hair color when you press the heart on the main body! There is a special Licca-chan doll for this item, and I think the color won't change unless you use her hair. However, I don't have the Licca-chan doll, so this is just the item itself for sale. I also found some of Licca-chan's clothes, so I've included them! But there are some spots...
