This is a KOKUYO 2-hole punch. There are some rusty spots like in the 5th and 7th photos, but it works without any problems. It has a stopper that allows the punch to be stored compactly. It can punch through 23 sheets of PPC paper. Please understand that this is a used item and has been stored at home.
