The uppers have minor scratches and dirt from use, but the leather is still firm and maintains an overall very clean condition. Regular maintenance has kept the leather supple and lustrous. As the photos show, the heels show very little wear and have plenty of life left. There's no need for replacement, and they can be worn immediately.
