I tried it on and tested it indoors, and then stored it at home. Never used outdoors. Purchased on Amazon in July 2024. As shown in photos 3 and 4, there are scratches or rust marks on the plate. I will send the item with the included USB cable and instruction manual, in the original box. For those who understand that this is a used item. Thank you.
