This is a Marvel Iron Man Sukajan (souvenir jacket). It is used, but I believe the condition is very, very good. You could even say it's like new old stock. The size is XL. I don't have a measuring tape at home, so I can't provide measurements. I purchased it, but for a 175cm, 80kg adult male, it was a little small. Since it's a Sukajan, I think a snug fit looks better than an oversized fit.
