The color is navy (dark blue). (I believe it's a navy that's close to black.) It has pockets on both sides and is not see-through, so it can be worn on its own. It is listed as free size. When laid flat: The waist is approximately 33cm, but the back part has elastic and will stretch. The length is approximately 65.5cm in the front and 80cm in the back. Please note that these are amateur measurements, so there may be some errors. The paper tag has been removed, but there is still a tag string (or wire?) attached to the inside of the skirt. The fabric is not too thick, making it perfect for the upcoming season! Shipping will be via standard mail or Letter Pack.
