Purchased about 3 years ago and worn only 3-5 times per season. There is a slight stain on the hem of the pants, but it's barely noticeable and I think they are in good condition. (This is my personal opinion.) The button at the base of the leg hem is detached. Please check the 5th photo. Washed with Nikwax every year. There may be a slight remaining smell of Nikwax. Zip Tech (Can be joined with a VOLCOM compatible jacket with a zipper!)
