It broke once and I sent it in for repair under the SONY care plan. Instead of repairing it, the main unit and charging case were completely replaced, so it's practically new. I haven't used it much since it was returned, and I've since upgraded to a new model, so I don't think there are any major stains or scratches. Spare ear tips were also included during the repair, so there are 2 spares (photo 4). Please change them to your preferred size when you receive them.
