I purchased this at a petit main store. It was originally sold as a set with a white long-sleeved cut-and-sew top. I wore the cut-and-sew with other clothes as well, so it became worn out and I threw it away. The fabric around the chest is like velvet. I think you can wear it for a long time by layering short sleeves or long sleeves underneath. I didn't see any tears in the tulle part, but there were several places where it looked like it had been snagged.
