This is the transmitter (TPBGA016) that came with the Panasonic neck speaker (SC-WN10). It connects to a TV, etc., and transmits audio to the neck speaker. I've already sold the neck speaker itself, so this is all that's left. It's sold separately on the official website for around 8,000 yen. I'd be happy if the person who bought the neck speaker from me found this listing, but I think it's unlikely, so anyone can buy it immediately.
