This is a climbing double rope, approximately 8.3mm in diameter and 40m long. I believe the manufacturer was Edelweiss. It was originally a 50m rope, used about 10 times for multi-pitch and alpine climbing. While I haven't taken any big falls, I had to cut off about 10m after it got stuck during a rappel, leaving it at its current length of approximately 40m. The sheath has some fraying from rubbing against rocks, but there are no apparent issues with the core. Please understand the above circumstances.
