The ribbon at the waist is cute. This is an elegant dress with a flared skirt that gently spreads out. There are no major noticeable scratches or stains, but there are some areas with slight pilling and stains on the tag. The hem is folded inward. See photo 8. I purchased this several years ago and have stored it at home. No buttons or pocket lining. It's warm enough to wear on its own. The attached ribbon is removable.
