The design is such that dirt is not easily noticeable. This is a thick carpet. It has long, soft fibers. It also prevents the coldness of the flooring. Compatible with floor heating and electric carpets. I used it last year, but I am selling it due to moving. There are no major stains. There is a 2cm stain on the backing (photo 6), which is not visible from the front. The fibers are slightly matted in the areas where I sat for long periods (photo 8), but the other three sides are clean. There is some fraying on the edges (photo 7). It is woven tightly, so it won't shed when vacuumed. I will use recycled cardboard for shipping. Shipping costs are included in the price. #carpet #rug
