Purchased on May 30th of last year. Used a few times, then stored at home. When I tried to use them after a few months, I found that only the right earphone didn't work when both earphones were in. I took them to the store and requested repairs. The earphones were reportedly replaced. After that, I confirmed that they work without any problems. Only one SS size earbud cover is available (see image 4). The outer box is generally yellowed (see image 12). I don't think there are any problems with the product, but it is a used item and has been stored at home. Please purchase only if you understand this.
