The top of the head is about half torn. I think it would be good to put something inside and sew it with thread. There are vertical wrinkles on the head, which gives it a lot of character. The overall moderate soiling is very tasteful. There is no sand inside, only the skin. I washed it quite a bit, so I think the dirt is ingrained. I accept design requests.
