As noted in the 3rd and 4th images, there are initial tears and print misalignments. I've only looked at it a few times, so it's in relatively good condition. I will also include two postcards and a live photo from the graduation concert. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor imperfections due to personal storage.
