Pasione flare skirt. The collage effect is cute, with lace, stripes, and plain fabrics layered with tulle. The elastic waist was loose, so I adjusted it slightly with a sewing machine. (Photo 4) It's been altered, so I've marked it as having some scratches and stains. It's thread, so you should be able to undo it with a seam ripper. Color: Black系 (Black-based)
