It is a summer tea utensil. In particular, it has a design called "Kōkyōma Sukashi" (a type of openwork) on the shoulders, front and back, and it is customary to pair it with a Shinnari Kama. ■ Shinnari Kama (tea kettle) One of the most basic shapes of tea ceremony kettles, considered to be the original natural shape of a tea kettle.
