This is a rental used DVD. The jacket is torn, and the disc recording surface has damage. The viewing was okay, so I'm offering it to someone who just wants to be able to watch it. The case has been replaced with a new one. This is a youth film depicting the lives of two punks who can't quite become either ordinary citizens or yakuza. This is a re-filming of Masatsugu Kaneko's posthumous screenplay, which was originally made into the film "Chi-n-pi-ra" in 1984 by director Toru Kawashima, but this version is closer to the original. The director is Shinji Aoyama of "Helpless." The new version's screenplay is by Toshiyuki Morikawa of "Gokudo Sengokushi Fudo." The photography is by Isao Ishii of "Ignacio." The music is by Makoto Ayukawa, formerly of "Sheena & The Rokkets." Takao Osawa of "Gerende ga Tokeru hodo Koishitai" and Duncan of "Otoko-tachi no Kaita E" play the two punk protagonists.
