WAIPER.inc has created this bag using authentic US military fabric, inspired by the American Red Cross apron bags from the 1940s! The original apron bags, used to carry medicine and medical supplies, came in various materials and specifications. For this remake, we've deconstructed and used USED fabric from authentic US military barrack bags / laundry bags. The bag body and drawcord also utilize barrack bag material, and the soft cotton sateen material becomes even more textured with use. As the name "apron bag" suggests, you can tie the top strings around your waist for use as an apron or waist pouch. You can also use it as a shoulder bag by tying the strings over your shoulder, or as a drawstring bag by putting the strings inside the bag and tightening the drawcord. It's a versatile design.
