This is a Shimajiro push block set. Only what's in the photos is available. You can build various cars. The tires can spin, so attaching them makes a car. The red button-like object makes a sound when pressed. I couldn't find any broken parts, but it's a used item that children have played with, so please understand and purchase accordingly.
