Hikaru Kamei (January 1, 1909 - September 26, 1986) was a Japanese Ministry of Interior and Labor bureaucrat and politician. He served as a member of the House of Councillors (1 term, Liberal Democratic Party), and as the Governor of Fukuoka Prefecture (6th term 1967-9th term 1983). He was also an Army administrator. ★KGP (Gold Plated) A gold alloy is dissolved in a plating solution and thinly coats the base metal core. KGP refers to gold plating. Gold plating is a thin coating of gold on the surface for the purpose of color finishing.
