These are La Sportiva TX5s. These shoes fit quite well, but I haven't used them recently, so I'm selling them. I've hiked in these shoes on mountains like Mt. Adatara, Mt. Rausu, and Mt. Omine. Regarding the insole condition, it's a bit worn. You might want to buy a new one and replace it. The outsole is understandably a bit worn, but it still has good grip.
