I purchased this at Nishimatsuya for my daughter's graduation ceremony. She loved it and wore it whenever she had the chance. Therefore, the elastic in the skirt's waist has stretched out. There are no noticeable stains or tears. The piping on the jacket is slightly frayed. I may have missed something, but I think it's still cute and wearable.
