Made in 2013. These are sew-on and iron-on type patches. I photographed them while still in the bag, so the design may be difficult to see due to light reflection. Please refer to the ruler in the photo for the size. From a quick look, there doesn't seem to be any significant damage, but the condition of the contents is unknown as they are unopened. Since these are old items, there may be damage that is not visible from the outside. To avoid any issues, if you are at all concerned about the condition, it's best not to purchase them.
