Everything in the image is included. Overall, both the boxes and discs have minor scratches and dirt. In particular, Yakuza 3, Dynasty Warriors 5, The Last of Us, DB Raging Blast, and Okami have many scratches on their read surfaces. I no longer have a PS3, so I cannot confirm that they work.
