Used 1-2 times, but my child didn't take to it. One nipple has been used and sterilized with boiling water. Please refrain from purchasing if you are uncomfortable with used items. I bought this thinking my child might use it, as they were refusing bottles. Turns out it was the material rather than the nipple size that was the issue (but now they love milk!
