This is a remake of a Meisen-style kimono made by a friend. The used kimono was unpicked, washed, and remade into a gathered dress. It has not been worn since it was made. Although it was purchased as Meisen, the texture feels a bit different from the stiff feel of Meisen, and it seems to have some cotton mixed in. It has a Meisen pattern, but as I am an amateur, I don't know the type of fabric. Please look at the photos and purchase if you are satisfied. It is a lovely design with a pattern of white, green, and red flowers scattered on a maroon background. The first and second photos show the dress with the strings tied at the back, and the third photo shows it without the strings. The strings are removable, and the look changes when worn with them tied. (In the sixth photo, there are buttons on both sides of the waist where the strings can be attached) Also, a V-slit has been added to the chest to make it look neat. Please note that there are no pockets or lining.
