I have thoroughly cleaned and disinfected it with alcohol. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. It was stored in its box, so the shape is slightly deformed, but it is made of a soft material and can be used. There are creases in the tube at the joint with the main body, but this does not affect its use. Utaet is equipped with a sound-dampening function, so you can sing your heart out at home without worrying about your surroundings. It is structured so that you can listen to your own voice and train your voice more effectively. To reduce shipping costs, I will pack it compactly by slightly compressing it, but since it is a soft material, I think it will return to its original shape once you adjust it upon arrival.
