This is a short-sleeved, plain SAINT JAMES Ouessant shirt. I bought it about a year ago, but I'm selling it because it's no longer my style. I've worn it a few times. The size is listed as M, but it's a T3 size, so it's equivalent to a women's S-M. The sleeves are a bit long, about 3/4 length.
