This is a TOSHIBA REGZA DBR-Z520 with Blu-ray playback functionality. When the power button is pressed, the button blinks red and makes a strange noise. The DVD open/close button does not work when pressed. However, sometimes the power button turns green, and the DVD open/close function works. This item is being sold as junk. The current condition of the remote control is unknown, but it was working without problems when the main unit was functional.
