I found this in the closet. The cover has a crack. I confirmed with a tester that the power lamp lights up when the power cord is plugged in, and that it outputs 14 volts DC. However, I haven't been able to confirm its operation because I don't have a vehicle. Please understand that I cannot accept any claims.
