I purchased this last July. I haven't used it very often. I kept it in my car, so I haven't carried it around. It only includes the main unit and the charging cable. (The main unit has been initialized and is in the same state as when purchased) You can use it by entering the serial number of the main unit in the dedicated app. Since there's a monthly fee, how about getting just the main unit at a bargain price!?
