This is an Organic Zoo Moon Cardigan. I purchased this here, but the size didn't fit, so I couldn't dress my child in it. The previous seller said they wore it about 5 times. I haven't used it. I think it would be very useful if the size was right, as it can be easily worn when it's cold. I think it's rare because cardigans of this type are not often seen.
