This is a USMC P-58 utility jacket. Vintage, late 1950s. The fabric changed from HBT for the P-53 to OG107 back satin in 1958, but the utility uniform was standardized across all branches in the 1960s, so the P-58 was only produced for 2-3 years. Size 38.
