I'm not sure if it's hakeme (brushstroke) or plain, but it's generously glazed. It's easy to handle, and would be perfect as a tea bowl for practice. There are marks in the center, but they are not so deep that a chasen (tea whisk) would catch on them. Please note that there are scratches and stains. There is no box.
