This is a dress I bought about 20 years ago. I wore it only once, and it's been sitting in my closet ever since. It has been home-cleaned. It's a cute, Lolita-style dress. The fabric is sturdy, and although it's short-sleeved, it feels more like it's for autumn and winter rather than summer. I think it would be perfect if you wore a thin long-sleeved shirt underneath.
