These are Asics Lady worker loafers. I bought them for school, but they didn't fit my width, so I had the shoe fitter at the shoe store remove the strap on the instep when I purchased them. They are an enamel type, so I think you can wear them without worry on rainy days, but I haven't worn them on rainy days. I outgrew them before wearing them much, so I would be happy if someone could make use of them.
