This is a PHANTOM LIBERALIST 763MLRSS. I purchased it around this time two years ago and used it for sea bass fishing, mainly in brackish water, for two or three months. After that, I bought other rods and stored this one, but I am now selling it to declutter. There are some rusty spots, such as at the base of the guides, but I personally don't think it affects the usability or strength. Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about minor details. I will pack it with the utmost care, but please understand the risks associated with private sales before purchasing.
